If you didn't get that Janemba sword, then you will never get 100% unless they release it later. So that made me see that the prizes given through the weekly raids DO count for equipment completion.
Then I decided to send it all to hell and bought the missing items with the shop mod, those that were not in PQs or anywhere else and got 100% to equip that way. How about one that has all items, skills and ults with max money and TP You still gotta play the game and get the level cap up but everything else is there.
